Do you practice mindful living?

I am sure, everyone who is reading this article has heard of the concept of mindfulness, right? It has become a very big buzzword from young children to high performing adults. It’s the same concept regardless of age or stage of life. Mindfulness is being 100% present on what you are doing at a specific moment. In a time where we live with an abundance of distractions; it’s harder than ever to stay singularly focused; and takes conscious effort.

Personally, I have to constantly put processes in place to allow me to be distraction free. What are they? First, I will put my phone away so I could keep my focus on what needs to be done. Second, I do my focus work in my meditation room with very little clutter. Third, I spend time allowing my mind to go wherever it wants…sometimes prompting great ideas or solutions to challenges I’m facing. What could you do to be more productive and mindful?
