Yesterday was Martin Luther King Day and Grandmaster Paul Melella and I closed the schools to have a full day vision meeting with our UMACNation team. We hosted the meeting at the beautiful Bear Mountain Inn in Orange County. To say that we are proud is an understatement. The final exercise was an explicit vision where individually we map out where we want to be in three years with multiple aspects of the school and organization. All of the team shared the same vision. This means as an organization it is very likely to become a reality.
Here’s the point, work hard to attract the right people and you will be able to accomplish great things in your life whether it be business or personal. As mentioned before, I could not be prouder and we are going to make a profound impact in the next three years!
