
Think about how many interactions do we have every day? You have interactions at home, work, on your way to work, the gym, grocery store. You interact with those you love and those you don’t know. Smiling has an amazing power that could lighten up the room and literally change someones mood. Why not do so? It takes a strong mind to be able to be kind even while having a rough day. Studies have shown that acts of kindness releases dopamine, “One of the feel good chemicals”, into your system helping your own mood as well as others. This is why being kind is the ultimate win/win scenario. Soooo, go out of your way and smile at someone else, look them in the eye and say, “Thank you”, hold the door open, do something nice.
