Trust is the answer to freedom.
As I get older, I believe that trust in others is one of the most important values to possess. It frees up your time because you know the other people involved are going to do the right thing by you. As a result, you don’t have to spend time to question whether or not a job is going to be done right.
I am blessed in my life to have surrounded myself with people I trust. I trust my team at UMAC to ensure things will run at the highest of standards when I am not around. A lot of times, they do a better job with me not there. 😂
I also have many trusting relationships with people I do business with and wanted to share today how much I appreciate them. One person I trust greatly is Chris Bellantoni, he is the General Manager of Healey Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep in Beacon, NY. Between my business, personal and children, we have purchased over a dozen vehicles from him. When I need/want to purchase a vehicle, I would text him, let him know what I need and he would say every time, “I’ll get it done, when do you want to pick it up.” When covid hit and we needed to cut expenses, he purchased back some vehicles and helped out again.
A relationship like I have with Chris is the best kind. Why? I trust him so much I don’t need to do any research or check in if he’s doing right by me. Relationships like Chris saves me a ton of time and energy allows me to do whatever I need or want to do. Time is the most valuable asset we have, and trusting relationships as such helps me protect it knowing he always has my back. I am extremely grateful!

It may seem simple but very powerful. Think about the amount of time people spend checking up on work that others are doing because they can’t trust them. There is nothing more powerful than having trust in a relationship.
