
What does your checklist look like?
As I mention often in my posts, I am truly blessed to have the continued guidance of so many great mentors in my life. One being, Grandmaster Byung Min Kim. He has encouraged me to create a personal checklist to make sure I am diligent with my training. He said recently, the only way to reach your goals….whatever they are is your “Consistency of being diligent”.
Consistency of diligence….think about it. How could you be diligent on a consistent basis without things falling through the cracks. How could you be diligent with personal areas such as reading, meditation, stretching, meal prepping, mind-muscle exercises? How could you be diligent with professional areas such as prepping for your work day, meeting with your team, following up timely on emails, client/customer reach outs? How could you be diligent with your relationships, family and any other areas important to you. I believe the answer is an easy and effective checklist.
We have checklists for our martial arts schools and for Empowered Mastery and I believe every successful business should be operated by effective checklists. This is to ensure the standards stay high and consistent at all times. What about your personal routines? Are they consistent?
