If you place an acorn on the middle of a table, will it to grow into an oak tree? Of course not. What if you place the acorn in the middle of a well-manicured lawn, will it grow? Maybe, but most likely it will get cut by the lawnmower and never amount to anything. How about the acorn is planted in the forest amongst other large oak trees? Will it grow there? The answer is “Yes”, there is a much greater chance that the acorn will grow into a beautiful strong oak tree over time. Well, the big question is what kind of environment are you providing your family, friends, clients or students? Are you creating an atmosphere that is conducive to growth or are you stifling the growth and cutting down their creativity? Hmmm, something to think about.
At Empowered Mastery, we just hosted a very successful event called the “Life Alignment Bootcamp”. What made it such a success was the environment we created for the attendees. Yes, we had a great place to stay and powerful lessons to learn. However, what made it great was the experience that every attendee went through due to the environment we created.
