Over the last month or so, I’ve been taking my granddaughter Zoey outside to blow bubbles. She’d watch me do it, laugh, and try, but never quite got it. Previously she would just run and stomp the bubbles. But than that changed…
Yesterday was the first time she figured it out on her own. She blew bubbles all by herself, and the look on her face was priceless, pure joy and pride.
It was so much fun just watching her. And it made me think… imagine if we all looked at life like that, approaching new things with the same excitement and amazement as a two-year-old.
For me, that’s a reminder to ABL… Always Be Learning. Because when we do, we get those little bursts of joy and accomplishment that make life so much richer.
