Our Coaching Certification is a three-level path designed to develop your skills, increase your earning potential, and prepare you to lead Empowered Mastery’s signature Group Coaching Program, personal coaching, and live events.

The Path: Three Levels of Elite Empowered Mastery Coaches
Each level builds on the next, giving coaches the hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience they need to grow—both as practitioners and professionals.
Level Three Coach
Year One — Personal Call Specialist
Perfect for new coaches entering the system. At Level Three, you become certified to conduct personal coaching calls for the Group Coaching Program.
One-Time Certification Investment: $2,000
Income Potential:
- Earn $150 per personal coaching call with Group Coaching clients.
Requirements:
- Must have completed the Group Coaching Program, an EM retreat, or personal coaching.
What You’ll Learn (2–3 Day Certification):
- Overview of the three Group Coaching live events
- The full structure of all coaching calls (including pre- and post-program calls)
- Scheduling, logistics, paperwork, and operational workflow
- Real-time role-playing for confidence and skill development
- How to use the EM back office system
- How to seamlessly upsell clients into their next level of growth
Level Three is where coaches build strong foundations, sharpen their coaching presence, and step into the Empowered Mastery process.
Level Two Coach
Year Two — Personal Coaching Professional
At Level Two, you expand beyond Group Coaching support—you become a personal coach, working directly with clients in an ongoing monthly coaching relationship.
One-Time Certification Investment: $5,000
Income Potential:
- Earn 70% revenue from clients you coach personally
- $420 per month per personal client
- $200 per Group Coaching personal call
Requirements:
- Must have coached six clients in the Group Coaching setting
- Minimum time in program: One full year
What You’ll Learn (Additional 2 Days):
- The difference between coaching personal clients vs. group coaching clients
- Call structure, protocols, boundaries, and supporting daily life challenges
- Operating Tah Do and personal development tracking system
- Mastering the structure of the Personal Coaching Call
- Advanced training in the EM back office
Level Two is where coaches step into leadership—earning more, supporting deeper breakthroughs, and building a sustainable coaching practice.
Level One Coach
Year Three — Live Event Leader & Master Coach
Level One Coaches are the elite leaders of Empowered Mastery.
They can run live events, teach educational workshops, and lead the full Group Coaching experience.
One-Time Certification Investment: $7,500
Income Potential:
- Earn 75% revenue from your personal coaching clients
- $200 per Group Coaching Zoom session you facilitate
- 50% of revenue from any Group Virtual Program you run independently
- $750–$1,000 per live full-day event you operate
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years coaching within the system
- Must have coached at least three personal clients
What You’ll Learn (Additional 3 Days):
- How to lead educational events that inspire and empower
- Running virtual and live workshops using Zoom
- How to design, promote, and deliver Master Classes
- Training to lead all three Live YHIP Group Coaching Days

Annual Coaching Recertification

To ensure our coaches stay sharp, aligned, and up to date with the latest EM tools and strategies, annual recertification is required.
Annual Investment: $1,000
Program Includes (1–2 Days):
- Updates to the coaching curriculum
- New initiatives and program advancements
- Coaches Mastermind & Study Group
- Best practices, breakthroughs, and peer development
