My favorite definition of the word sacrifice is giving something of a lesser value for something of a greater value. There is no greater sacrifice than time. Once you give someone or something your time, you never get it back for as long as you live. Be sure that the time you sacrifice is worthy of it. What is your time worth? Of course, we have to sacrifice time for work to live the lifestyle you choose. However, what about non-work time? Which is more important to you? Time with your family or watching TV? Time with the love of your life or social media? Spending extra time at the office or your kids' sports activity? You may change how you spend your time once you understand and realize what you have been sacrificing. So please go ahead and spend your time wisely and make strategic sacrifices, focusing on what’s most important to you.
